Burning questions of our time: why do teenagers with access to alcohol display such poor decision-making? Apparently a difficult question to answer, though it would seem like "teenager" and "access to alcohol" would be all the explanation required, the former being a people not always known for their excellent long-term decision making skills, and the latter being a substance not known to aid anyone in making good decisions.
