Anti-Climacus

This is a first: I pre-ordered David Foster Wallace's new book of essays from Amazon because the paperback edition was only $10.80. I received an email yesterday telling me they couldn't ship the book to me, so they were cancelling the order. But if I wanted, I could re-order a different version of the book. Current cost of pre-ordering the paperback edition: $21.12. I think I will pass.
