Today's research question:
Does it matter, for purposes of Bohemian law in 1618 (and resistance theory), that the Defenestration of Prague happens before then-King Matthias dies, and is therefore an attempt to block Ferdinand's accession and replace him with a better candidate, rather than overthrow him as King?
Answer: I don't know, because the general histories don't seem to consider this an important question to address. Or acknowledge it as a relevant fact.
I am, however, looking forward to reviving the field of early modern public law.
