For a company that managed to have such flawless PR for so long, Netflix has been taking a beating lately. Of course, it's not really their fault because TV and movie studios don't want to deal with one large entity that can set prices at will (like iTunes). Thus outrageous contract demands, Netflix taking the blame, and an inexplicably large portion of my friends moving into multiple other content-delivery services the cumulative price of which vastly exceeds the $15.99 Netflix wanted to charge its customers.
