A heartfelt thanks to all my many readers and lurkers, who made this month the blog's most successful since I wrote something about Bob Dylan that made Expecting Rain and had 1700 hits in one day.* Sadly, this means my last-12-months sitemeter chart no long looks like it's giving viewers the finger. Still, all in all satisfying.
*In the perverse logic of an academic mind, this has prevented me from writing further items about Bob Dylan because, you know, I wouldn't want to be too popular. But I will eventually write something on how much better Blonde on Blonde is on vinyl because, well, it's so much better.
