TECHNOLOGY AND REASONS TO BE GRATEFUL: There's no improvement in the job-application process nearly equivalent to the healthy move toward submitting everything online. It is especially helpful for those of us who have just switched locations and are trying to get back into the swing of research, navigate a new university, and revise all our materials.
