Anti-Climacus

ODD: I just observed myself doing something I have often done, but never noticed: faced with the decision whether or not to listen to a song on my ipod, I will often check to see what the next song is. If it's one that I like, I'll listen to both; if I don't like it, I'll skip on to the next song after that. There's no rational reason I can fathom why my preference for a particular song should be determined by the one that comes after it, but there you are.
