Ummm...that is really a great record. 99 cents is a steal.
I'm sure it's a great record; but then, it's Ornette Coleman. My biases are all to hard bop and cool jazz. Today is being spent listening to Bill Evans' The Complete Village Vanguard 1961, and I'm pretty happy with it...
Bill Evans > Ornette Coleman. Fair enough. But that record really is quite good--probably my favorite thing from Coleman.
