Today's random thought on teaching: There's nothing more frightening than sending out the assignment and having no one ask any questions about it.* This will either be very good or very bad.
*Not entirely true: I did have one student ask me which question was easiest.

I think they tend to start worrying much closer to the due date. You'll get some questions eventually.
