QUESTION: So last night John Edwards said about terrorists: "we will destroy you," which was generally taken to be a sign that he and Kerry would be tough on terrorism. If Cheney (or Bush) had said it, it'd be interpreted as another sign of their reckless cowboy mentality, right?
