Setting certain things "off limits" in a relationship seems somewhat odd; you're taking stuff off the table before dinner's over. It's one thing to establish ground rules about conversations, or to be respectful of a difference of opinion, but to say "We don't talk about this?" Sounds decidedly unhealthy."
